How to add new stock:
You should create a company or freelancer page for add stock.

Click "My Stocks" on the top menu

Click "+ Add New Stock" on the right
3
Choose the relevant Category/Subcategory for your stock
4
Type Stock Title (The familiar name of your stock in the market)
5
Type Stock Code (Special code given by your company)
6
Type Stock Description And Details of your stock
7
(if your category does not have pattern, skip this step)
Choose upto 5 pattern of your stock.
8
Choose the origin of your stock (e.g: China, Turkey, etc.)
9
Type or choose the location of your stock (e.g: China, Turkey, etc.)
10
Type the quantity and unit of your stock (e.g: 15000 m., 5000 pcs., 1000 kg.)

Posting Date and Expire Date are composed by the system automatically, your stock will be active for 6 months.

Type the unit price of your stock and choose the currency

Type the payment term (Cash, Letter of credit, etc.)

Check "Stock Active" to activate your stock, otherwise display of your stock will be passive.

Save stock data to complete.

To add pictures of your stock, click "Choose file", when uploading finishes, click on "Save Picture" button. You may repeat this step to load more pictures.

The first uploaded picture is automatically assigned as default picture of your stock. You can set another picture as default by clicking "Make Default" link.

To delete pictures, click on "Delete" link.
How to add new product:

How to create an Ad:

Click "Create an Ad" under the "Ads" on the top menu

Type a name for your campaign. (Campaign name will not appear on your ads, it will only help you to follow your ads from your control panel.)

To upload your banner, click on the "Choose File" button. (Only .gif, .jpg, .png file types are allowed, required banner size: Width 600px x Height 100px)

Type an URL where your banner will be redirected when clicked

Choose where your banner will be displayed. (If you choose "Main Page" continue with next step, if you choose "Company and Freelance Pages" please skip to step 7)

Choose the banner area on the main page (top, middle, bottom). You may see the preview of your banner by clicking "Preview" button. Select or type the view counts and click "Complete Order".

Check the categories where you want to display your banner. You can select multiple categories.

If you select "Total View Count" skip to step 9, if you select "Customized view count" skip to step 10.

Select or type your view count according to your bugdet. Your view count will be equally divided among the chosen categories. You can remove categories by clicking "Remove" link or uncheck from the category list. Your total cost will appear at the bottom of the page. To complete your order, click "Complete Order" button.

Select or type your view count for each category. You can remove categories by clicking "Remove" link or uncheck from the category list. You can preview your banner by clicking "Preview" button. Your total cost will appear at the bottom of the page. To complete your order, click "Complete Order" button.

To complete your purchase, fill in your credit card details on the "Campaign Payment" page and click "Submit".
How can I follow my Ads:

Click "My Ads" under the "Ads" on the top menu.

You may see your Ads Waiting for Approval, your Ads on View or Ads Expired.
How can I edit my user profile:

Click "Edit User Profile" under the "My Profile" on the top menu.

Enter your personal information and make sure required sections are filled.

To upload your profile photo, click "Choose File" button on the right of the form.

Make sure provide all the details about yourself in "Additional Information" section. This will help you to create a better CV at TexComplex.com, which will be available soon.

Type brief summary of your personal details in the Summary Section under "Additional Information".

Type breakdown of your educational background in the Education Section under "Additional Information". You may add more than one institution, update/delete them if required.

Type breakdown of your professional background. You may add more than one company, update/delete them if required.

Type your skills in the Skills Section under "Additional Information".

Type your interests in the Interests Section under "Additional Information".

Type your awards in the Awards Section under "Additional Information".
How can I view my user profile:

Click "View User Profile" under the "My Profile" on the top menu.
How can I create a company page:

Type Page Title (Title of your page which will appear under company category. e.g. Expert on women clothing)

Type Display Name (Symbolic name you wish to use besides your Company Name which will appear beneath your page title. e.g. Your brand, Abbreviation of your Company Name, etc.)

Type Company Name

Select Your Company Category (Category where your company page will be listed.)

Choose file to upload your company logo or photograph from the right on the menu.

Fill the necessary fields.

Type detailed description of your company in "Page Content" text area.

Click "Save" button.

To add pictures for introducing your company, click "Choose file", when uploading finishes, click on "Save Picture" button. You may repeat this step to load more pictures.

How can I create a freelance page:

Type Page Title (Title of your page which will appear under freelance category. e.g. Expert on women clothing)

Type Display Name (Symbolic name you wish to use besides your Full Name which will appear beneath your page title. e.g. Your brand, Nickname, etc.)
3
Your Full Name will appear automatically which is read-only.
4
Select Your Career Category (Category where your freelance page will be listed.)

Choose file to upload your company logo or photograph from the right on the menu.
6
Fill the necessary fields.

Type detailed description of your business in "Page Content" text area.

Click "Save" button.

To add pictures for introducing your work, click "Choose file", when uploading finishes, click on "Save Picture" button. You may repeat this step to load more pictures.
How can I view company page:

Click "View Company Page" under the "My Profile" on the top menu.
How can I view freelance page:

Click "View Freelance Page" under the "My Profile" on the top menu.
How can change my password and E-Mail:

Click "Change Your Password Or E-Mail" under the "My Profile" on the top menu.
How can I find other TexComplex Members:

Click "Members" on the top menu.

You can find any member by filtering your search by Title, First Name, Last Name, Country, City, Profession, Company or Position. Search results will be displayed on the middle section.

Click on any member to get more information on the right section.

To view member's "User Profile", click on the member's name.

If the member is not in your contacts, you may send invitation to get connected by clicking on "Connect".
How can I view my contacts:

Click "Contacts" under the "My MyTexComplex" on the top menu.

You can filter your contacts by Last Name and Country by clicking on the letters. Search results will be displayed on the middle section.

Click on any member to get more information on the right section.

To view member's "User Profile", click on the member's name.

Send message to this member by clicking "Send message".

Remove User from your contacts by clicking "Remove User".

To see your incoming invitations, click "Incoming Invitations".

Click "Accept" button to accept or click "Decline" button to reject the member.

To see your pending invitation requests, click "Outgoing Invitations".

To withdraw your invitation click "Remove User".

To see the invitations you rejected, click "Declined By You".

To send a message to member click "Send Message", to re-accept the member click "Accept User", to remove member from your contact list click "Remove User".
How can I see the companies I follow:

Click "Followed Companies" under the "My TexComplex" on the top menu.

To stop following the company, click the "X" button.
How can I see the freelances I follow:

Click "Followed Freelances" under the "My TexComplex" on the top menu.

To stop following the freelance, click the "X" button.
How can I see my followers:

Click "Followers" under the "My TexComplex" on the top menu.
How can I see my Favorite Stocks:

How can I take notes:

Type your notes on the text area.

How can I start a discussion under Companies and Freelances:

Go to the category where you want to start a discussion.

Click "All Discussions" located on the right.

Click "Start a Discussion" and type subject of your discussion upto 200 characters.

Type your discussion in text area.

Click "Share" button to start your discussion.
How can I contribute to an existing discussion:

Click on the discussion subject or "See More" button to see the full comments on this discussion.

At the bottom of the page, you can add your comment in the text area.
How can I make search in Companies:

Click "Advance Search" button located at the top right.

Type your criteria (Company Name, any Keyword,City,Country,Category)

Click "Search" button to see your results at the bottom.
How can I make search in Freelances:

Click "Advance Search" button located at the top right.

Click "Search In Freelances" tab.

Type your criteria (Freelancer Name,Keyword,City,Country,Category)

Click "Search" button to see your results at the bottom.
How can I make search in Stocks:

Click "Advance Search" button located at the top right.

Click "Search In Stocks" tab.

Type your criteria (Category,Stock,Composition,Pattern,Company,Country,Stock Origin,Stock Location,Date Of Insert)

Click "Search" button to see your results at the bottom.
How can I follow a company:
1
Type the company name you want to follow on the search box and choose "Company" from the dropdown list at the top of the page and click "Search".

On the "Search Results" page, click on the company name or logo to go to the "Company Page".

Click on "Follow" to follow the company, click "Connect" add to your contacts company contact, click "Send Message" to send a message to the company contact.
How to promote my fair:

HOW TO CREATE YOUR FAIR PROMOTION PAGE?

We have listed for you the fairs in the world which we could determine. If you are the organizer of one of the listed fairs ,you may promote your fair in  further details in our list.If the fair or fairs you are organizing do not appear in our lists, you may ask us to add and create your Fair Promotion Page.

CONTENT OF FAIR PROMOTION PAGE

  • Photo gallery where you may put photos of your fair site.
  • Exhibitor list which may  be seen by the users through  the link you will provide.
  • List of the exhibitors or visitors which are also members of Texcomplex.

THE SERVICES WE RENDER IN “FAIR ORGANIZATION LIST”

  • If you have submitted us the promotion of your fair,your fair will be displayed as colored in the Fair Organization List.
  • Your Promotion Page is created together.Only thing you have to do is to submit to us your Fair Promotion Page and sales office contact details by e-mail  in HTML format.Further details may be conveyed mutually.
  • Texcomplex publishes your Fair Promotion Page for 3 days free of charge & in this period you may carry out the required revisions.In the meantime ,the amount will be collected and then your Fair Promotion Page will be active till the starting date of the fair.The system will de-activate the  promotion page for which the amount is unpaid within 3 days . After collecting the amount,Texcomplex will announce your fair to its members by mailing for  3 times ,in equal intervals, till the starting date of your fair.One week prior to your fair a final mailing to Texcomplex members will be done for reminding  about the fair.
  • Pricing is for one time and it is usd 900.Texcomplex may not change pricing for the promotion page it has collected but may revize the general  pricing for future transactions.
  • The user clicking your fair in the list is directed to your Fair Promotion Page.

How To Create My Business Management List:
Simple and Professional Business Management

You can create unlimited Business Management list. For start to create, please write a list name in to the box. As following our example; "My Customers" and click the Add button.



When we click our example "My Customers", we will see our contact list on right side then we can add unlimited contacts to our Business Management list by clicking "Add To List" link.



After all we will see "My Customers" list on the middle of page. When we finish to "My Customers" list, we can start to create new list same as above. We can create unlimited Business Management list like that and if we want, we can edit or delete created lists.



How To Deactivate - Activate Membership :
To reactivate an inactivated membership, you only need to log in with your registered e-mail and password and click the reactivate my membership button which will appear on the screen.
If there are any ads which you saved before in the categories, you can reactivate them by opening the pages of your ads after you have reactivated your membership. Unless you carry out this process, your ads will remain as inactive and will not appear in the lists.
